Looks like some Dutch students came up with a new way for teenagers to legally get drunk, and for us legal drinkers to have a fast way to bring drinks with us on the go. Think, crystal light packets, but alcoholic.

Dubbed Booz2Go, the packets cost between $1.35 and $2 each. All you have to do is add the powder to water and you'll get a bubbly drink that is both lime flavored and lime colored. Don't expect to get too drunk off just one, unless you're a lightweight, because each packet only contains around 3 percent alcohol, so you'll have to buy quite a few if you are looking to get hammered.

Harm van Elderen, along with four classmates from the Helicon Vocational Institute, developed the idea for a last-year project. The school is located about an hour away from Amsterdam, which is known for its lax rules about drinking, drugs, and sex. The students came up with the idea of a powder so that it can be sold legally to those under the required drinking age. Martyn van Nierop, recently told Reuters, "Because the alcohol is not in liquid form, we can sell it to people below 16. We don't know if that's necessarily a good thing."

While, Booz2Go isn't in stores just yet, the students said that any company that's interested in commercially making the stuff can do so without having to pay taxes because Booz2Go is a powder. If you own a company, this seems like a pretty good investment, but might be contributing to the downfall of teenagers; if you simply enjoy drinking, the opportunities that Booze2go offers are endless.
