Pierce Brosnan has said that he'd love to play the suave James Bond again.
Brosnan was ditched at Bond after he played the spy in four movies. However, he said that if the new Bond, Daniel Craig, doesn't work out, he'd gladly take over the role again.
"If such a scenario arose, I would jump at it," he told Britain's Daily Star newspaper. The actor has also warned Craig, who supposedly lost two teeth while filming fight scenes for the upcoming Casino Royale, that he should prepare to incur some injuries on the set.
"It never made it in to the papers, but I've had my face sliced open by a stuntman and a knee injury. But it's all part and parcel of being Bond. I'm afraid Daniel will have to face a lot more real-life injuries."
Just last year Brosnan let us know that he spent 24 hours in shock after finding out he was axed as the spy. At the time he said, "It's over, it's over, it is absolutely over! It was their prerogative to change their minds. They can do it! It was disappointing. It was surprising. But I accepted the knowledge after 24 hours of being in shock."
