After 11 years on the network, "The Howard Stern Show" will soon be leaving E!.

Stern, who has taped more than 2,000 episodes of the racy show, is looking for a new television home, and sources have indicated that Spike TV is on the negotiating table.

His last episode will tape on July 8th, less than a year before he is slated to leave radio for his new home on Sirius Satellite Radio. E! does retain the rights to air their library episodes, and will continue its regular programming slot starting July 11th.

Ted Harbert, president and CEO of E! Networks, stated in a recent statement, "As 'The Howard Stern Show' evolves into a premium service, it is time for our late-night programming to evolve as well. All of us at E! are extremely grateful to Howard for all that he's done for the network."

In addition, an even racier version of the popular show could possibly have a place on premium cable, but a source has said that HBO has already discontinued talks with Stern.
