Her thoughts on men, boob jobs, and dyslexia

Despite her gorgeous face and sleek physique, Keira Knightley is not just another Hollywood teen queen. The 19-year-old starlet prefers baggy sweatshirts and jeans to skin tight dresses and stilettos, and has the audacity to show up for interviews -- gasp--on time.

Though her fame is quite recent, she's actually been working since she was 12, when she played Natalie Portman's decoy double in "Star Wars Episode 1." Since then, she's made daring choices, starring in the British indie-that-could "Bend it Like Beckham." Next she was swashbuckling with Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom in "Pirates of the Caribbean," then on to join the all-star cast of "Love Actually." This month she re-invents Guinevere in "King Arthur" as a sword-wielding, Braveheart-painted warrior queen.

In a recent interview in Cosmo, she divulged what she'd change about herself, her take on doing nude scenes, and crazy rumors that have surfaced about her.

Favorite scene from "Pirates?"
The stuff on the island with Johnny, because I can say I've been stuck on a desert island with Johnny Depp.

Her type of guy...
Athletic but with something going on upstairs or it'll never last very long. Intelligence is very important. Even if the guy's not aesthetically pleasing, he can become really attractive if he's smart. I also think dreadlocks are great... and shaved heads.

Biggest turn-off?
Vanity. If a guy spends a long time in front of the mirror in the morning, you know there's a problem.

Ideal date?
It has to be something really stupid. The most fantastic date I've ever had was going bowling, because I don't bowl and I'm awful. The more childish the activity, the more fun the date.

Are doing nude scenes scary? (She appears naked in "The Hole" and "Dr. Zhivago TV series.")
No. All the people I've worked with so far have been incredibly protective. I just did another one for "The Jacket." I went up to the director and said, "Just make this look good, I don't care." It's just part of the work.

Does for fun...
Cooks, shops for shoes, goes to art galleries, and takes "bad photographs."

Hardest thing she's overcome?
Dyslexia. Sight-reading is still a big problem...I'm also self-conscious about my body. People send over dresses for me to wear, but I often feel like a 5-year-old in my mom's clothes.

What would she change about herself?
I'd have longer legs and bigger tits. In "Pirates" the cleavage was painted in. It took 45 minutes every single morning for the bloody makeup artist to paint it in. It's all about shading.

Craziest rumor you've heard about yourself?
Apparently, I've had my lips done. A journalist phoned up my agent and said, "We have photographic proof that Keira has had her lips done." I mean, if they had been accusing me of wanting to get a boob job, I could understand that. But my lips?

Weirdest thing a fan has said to you?
A guy in the Glascow airport came up to me and said, "I'm really sorry, but can I kiss you?" I let him.

Bet that made his day.
Maybe he made my day.
