Katie Holmes, who only just recently split from fiancee Chris Klein, has already found herself a new man. She is reportedly dating Tom Cruise, who is 16 years older than her.

Cruise's sister, Lee Anne DeVette, who is also his publicist, has confirmed that they have been seeing each other for several weeks.Holmes public relations firms has also confirmed that they are an item.Cruise, 42, has been involved in several high-profile relationships. He has been married to Mimi Rogers and Nicole Kidman, and also recently dated Penelope Cruise. Holmes, who called off her engagement to Klein after a 5 year relationship, has also dated her Dawson's Creek co-star Joshua Jackson.

Cruise is slate to appear in Steven Speilberg's upcoming remake of War of the Worlds, and Holmes will star with Christian Bale in this summer's Batman Begins.
