It doesn't get much better than an intimate dinner with friends in front of a fire at a mansion-size replica of a log cabin in the snow-capped mountains of Park City, Utah. Or, it does- if that dinner is being personally cooked by renowned chef Todd English and the table of guests include That 70s Show star and up-and-coming big screen regular Wilmer Valderrama, Matchbox 20 frontman and best-selling solo artist Rob Thomas and his model wife Marisol, director and former Mr. Shannon Elizabeth Joe Reitman and his current girlfriend, pokers best female player in the world, Annie Duke.

Before dinner guests enjoyed a table of Mediterranean-inspired mezzas like hummus and grilled flatbread, cauliflower salad, faro and beet salad and appetizers such as pumpkin fritters and goat cheese crostini while being entertained by either good conversation or the XBOX gaming system complete with vibrating chairs set up on the upper level. During dinner OK! caught up with Wilmer for a chat about cooking, his feelings on the end of That 70s Show and his upcoming film career. We also got some tips for how to cook to impress on a date from Todd English himself. OK, here's his secret, The best thing to do? Call my restaurant and Ill make them a nice meal. Thats the easiest number one way. Thanks Todd.

But, he went on to say a chef's signature is a roast chicken and he has books on its simple perfection although the key ingredients to a great dinner date he lists as part food, part ambiance and part you.

Wilmer enjoys cooking so much he admits to having weekly cooking parties at his Los Angeles home. This probably stems from childhood memories like when he told us Growing up the only time my mom left the kitchen was to go to the bathroom and take us to school. Rob Thomas isn't much of a chef although his wife dabbles in the kitchen. This busy couple isnt focused on food now as much as making babies!

After dinner and dessert everyone cleaned up (with a load of Boscia skincare products that filled the bathrooms) and guests including Entourages Adrian Grenier joined dinner guests and OK! at the MDX House for more XBOX battles, karaoke and lots of Mountain Dew's new MDX Energy Soda.
