I don't know about you, but for me this is by far one of the coolest things I've seen lately. One of my favorite video games is being made into a movie. Which game you ask? Silent Hill!! Yes, you read that right, Silent Hill, the super scary game that leaves you totally creeped out yet wanting more, is being brought to life, so to speak, on the big screen.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Radha Mitchell, of Pitch Black and Man on Fire, is set to star in the flick directed by Christophe Gans, based on the script by Roger Avary.
The movie centers around a young woman named Rose, and her search for her daughter in the creepy, and seemingly abandoned, town of Silent Hill.

The movie is, of course, based on the popular Konami video game, which is widely acclaimed for being one of the scariest games ever!
