The Life & Style magazine website has reported that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have parted ways, calling off their wedding. However, the couple have said the rumor is not true.

Arnold Robinson, a publicist for the duo, has said in a statement, "It should be known that the story is 100 percent false. Mr. Cruise and Ms. Holmes are still engaged and are moving forward with their wedding plans, as well as planning for the arrival of their child."

The magazine's February 27 issue, set to hit newsstands on Friday, said that they "plan to keep up the charade of their romance until after their baby's birth this spring."Robinson also added of the couple, who became engaged in June and announced the pregnancy in October, "Despite the malicious fallacies put forth by Life & Style magazine, the couple is looking forward to a long and happy life together as a family."

Regardless of that statement, a magazine representative has said the story is true and "we stand 100 percent behind our story."

The magazine has said they got their information from two unnamed friends of Tom Cruise, one of whom said, "So right now they're together but not together. It's a really weird situation and unhealthy for both of them."
