If I wanted to suck up to this contest I would obv say GIVE OUT FREE TROJANS ALL THE TIME!! but I will take it to the next level and say I believe it is up the person/couple...and how smart they are. If they don't know about it there is enough free walk in clinics and friends who know how to have safe sex. It is all over TV and the media now on how to have protected/safe sex I think half maybe less than half want to put themselves in the situations for diff reasons. If you respect yourself and your partner you will go about it the safe way. What I think should be done to change this? People need to smarten up! do you count the people who live here illegally? because they don't really speak English and we cant educate those people... USE TROJANS!!! and don't be whores!

They need confidence, honesty, originality, charm, looks(as in nice clothes, hair..a great first impression!)and manners oh! and also put all of your attention on the girl and give her good compliments such as "you smell good". I don't like it when guys try to use cheesy pick up lines.. it doesn't really show confidence. It makes them look immature.. So the best pick-up line I have heard is hey I think your really beautiful do you want to go out sometime? -It's sweet and to the point. Plus you get a weird look back at you like you are some creep!
