Terms & Conditions for Recruits

Upon entering the Double Agent LLC's "Recruits" Competition. I agree to the following:

I am an entrant in the Double Agent "Recruits" Competition and am at least 21 years of age, and am a legal resident of any state of the United States or province of Canada (excluding Quebec).

I warrant and represent that I own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to use and authorize you to use all material that I upload (the "User Content"), including but not limited to all copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Content necessary to enable inclusion and use of the User Content on this website, on other websites owned, managed or otherwise affiliated with Double Agent LLC.

I agree that I will not upload any images (photographs or videotapes) that were taken when I was younger than 21 years of age.

I agree that I will not: (a) submit materials that are subject to protection under any applicable copyright, trademark or trade secret, or that are otherwise subject to third-party rights, unless I am the owner of such rights, or I have the express permission of the owner of such rights to post such material and to grant all of the rights granted herein; (b) submit any User Content that violates the rights of any person or entity, including but not limited to the rights of privacy or publicity of any person; (c) submit User Content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, racially or ethnically offensive, or that encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or violate any law, or that is unduly dangerous; (d) submit User Content that displays full nudity, nipples or genitalia, or enacts or simulates any sexual act; or (e) submit User Content that impersonates another person.

I understand that If a photographer/ or any other third party owns the copyrights to any of the materials that I have submitted, I must obtain a Copyright Release (a form of which is available LINK) signed by the Copyright Holder(s), or I will be ineligible to participate in the Competition. I am responsible for any financial reimbursement to the original Copyright Holder for the rights to publish such materials; the Competition Entities will not be responsible for any such payment. I also understand that the Competition Entities will remove all copyright notices from photographs, and that no credit will be given to the Copyright Holder. I agree to hold the Competition Entities harmless and to indemnify the Competition Entities from any and all liabilities, loss, claims, or causes of actions, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses that may be incurred by the Competition Entities, arising out of or relating to my breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties.

I warrant and represent that all information that I have provided in entering the Recruits Competition is accurate.

I understand that I have no right to use the Recruits name or logo for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Double Agent LLC.

I hereby grant Double Agent, LLC the right to use the User Content on any website whatsoever, including but not limited to those websites owned, operated or partnered with Double Agent, LLC as well as on other media platforms, including but not limited to WAP, mobile and wireless media platforms, that permit the User Content to be uploaded or downloaded.
